Our main products are flower arrangements (Flower bouquet, glass vase flower arrangements and basket flower arrangements), Balloons and Branded Chocolate Boxes. We do not provide any other products or services which are not made available in website.
We have made every effort to display the colors, specifications and dimensions of items on the website as accurately as possible. The colors you see will depend on the resolution of your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will reflect accurately the color of the item delivered. We may from time to time vary the dimensions, specifications and quantities of items displayed on our website without prior notice.
We accept orders for items subject to availability. If for any reason the items you ordered are no longer available, we will contact you using the contact details you supplied when placing your order and either. If we are unable to contact you or do not receive a response from you, we will process for refund for those orders.

We will do our best to deliver your order according to the selected time slot on the date requested. In case your selected delivery slot is not available, our team will contact you to offer an alternative. In case an alternative is not agreed, we will issue you a refund.
We accept payment via Credit Card and Cash on Delivery. We accept major credit cards: Visa and Master card. We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in UAE Dirhams. If “Credit Card Online” is selected as the payment methods then the details on the Customers ID (Card holders ID) should exactly match that of the credit card used to make the purchase. When you place your order, our system automatically asks your card issuer for authorization for this amount. Please note that once we have dispatched items to you, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us (e.g. gift wrapping, packaging and shipping).

Refund will be done only through the original mode of payment. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to next days from the delivery date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. If the recipient refuses delivery, you will not be entitled to a refund.
